Church on Stadium Dr. in Boardman. Volunteers will be needed for kitchen staff, room monitors and registration table. If
interested, please contact your Group Rep.
Registration: 8:30 am to 9:00 am. Program: 9:00 am - 3:00pm.
$6.00 per person. Includes continental breakfast & lunch/pizza, workshops,
skits, lead, 50/50 raffle & Chinese auction. Please bring a covered dish to share or item for the Chinese auction.
Districts 4 & 9 will be hosting
the 2012 State Convention this June.. This is a great way to get into service. Please help
in any way. It will be greatly appreciated. If interested contact your Group Rep.
- Alateen Conference KOMIAC will be coming up in July. If interested in helping please contact your
Group Rep.
- Group Records: New group records forms went out at the beginning of November. If your group did not get one or
if you have any questions, please the District Group Record Coordinator. These forms need to be completed whether there is
a change in group officers or not. They are used for the newsletter mailing list. The group records form can be found on the

- Alateen: As of January, there is a new Alateen coordinator for
Districts 4&9. She would like to plan a meeting with anyone, 1: interested in Alateen service or 2: Currently in Alateen
service. She would like to introduce herself, get to know you better and feel that this would be a good opportunity
to complete the AMIAS forms. (Al-Anon Members Involved in Alateen Service.) Any questions please contact your GR.
